[Milsurplus] eBay estate lot.. now more joy from Epay

I got knowingly screwed by a seller with 100% positive FB a few weeks ago,
and left him the feedback he so richly deserved, including on the star
options. Until then, he had 100% on 1700 odd transactions. Not any more.

I doubt it did any good, but the guy no longer has 100%, and it made me
feel good. It does not help me get my money back.

Remember, sellers CANNOT leave negative FB for buyers any more. So, help
the world out. Leave very negative FB for scumballs.
