[Milsurplus] OT: Sears Tools

Some time ago, I bought what was labelled as a 17 Piece, fractional, 1/4"
Drive Socket wrench Set.

The thing came in an opaque plastic case, locked closed by a Ty-Wrap. I
didn't need it right off, so put it in a drawer.

About a week ago, I needed the socket and opened the carrying case. Inside
was a 3/8" Drive, Metric, Socket Set....  useless to me.

The case and contents are clearly one product and the label belongs to
another product.

I have repeatedly contacted Sears, with no results what so ever, beyond an
offer of $10 Gift Card "for my trouble", which I declined. The card would
have left me with a much more expensive, and completely useless, item.

Question: Has anybody else gotten miss-labeled and/or miss-packaged
Craftsman stuff? Were you able to get any resolution?
