 The attached switch and wires are definately factory installed. Mine was built on a '45 contract.

The presence of an SW-141 does suggest a dynamic throat or possibly an 
xygen mask mic, but it may also simply be an assemblage by a ham who 
ished to use a normal desktop dynamic mic with, for example, a command 
et.  I sent a readable schematic separately, since this archaic 
eflector can't pass it on like Glowbugs or some of the other lists I'm on.
I don't recall it being mentioned in any of the U.S. manuals, but if it 
as, it would probably be in manuals for jointly deployed equipment like 
he SCR-522.  I think the first contract (for the Model K) was in 1944, 
o earlier manuals would obviously not mention it.
