There was an instruction sheet included with the preamp, Jay, but I 
can't find mine at the moment.  There wasn't much to it, as I recall.  
You need to keep the relay *energized* by grounding pin 4 when you are 
in receive mode.  You *un-ground* pin 4 when you want to transmit, so 
whatever combination of transmitter/interphone/microphone switch 
contacts you need to use to accomplish that is about the only tricky 
part to it.  The rest is straightforward...+28volts B+, ground, input 
and output.
