Hi Ray,
The T-195 used the 4X150D in both PA and modulator. I really don't know
about present availability of the 4CX250FG. But since there's still a
fair number of 618T variants flying around out there, I wouldn't be too
surprised if the toob were still available--for a price. The 4CX350F is
fairly plentiful as surplus, and might possibly be useable in the 618T
with minor mods such as changing PA grid bias...
