Tap Plastics has a selection of drill bits made specifically for drilling  
plastics.  I bought a selection some time back and they work great in my  
small drill press and I've yet to have them crack or chip the area around the  
hole.  Just keep the drilling pressure light to prevent the stuff from just 
 melting.  I even use them as tap drill bits for the thicker plastic  
chunks.
