[Milsurplus] 400 Hz Static Inverter

I played with some inverters many years ago.  They were all nearly 
identical, an
oscillator with a pair of resistor/capacitors to control frequency.  No
schematics, but easy to figure out by looking at them.  Changing the two 
capacitors on the oscillator was all it took to increase the frequency from 
60 Hz to 400 Hz.

Somewhere around here is the one I modified, a few others I played with and
print-out of the description of how to do this.  I last saw it when we moved
about eleven years ago, so it may never be seen again.
