[Milsurplus] 400 Hz Static Inverter

You don't need schematics, you only need to know how to set the unit up.  Get 
one with 208 3 phase input and output.  You can rig up the input to run on 
single phase, it just makes DC.  Then set the output for 400 Hz at 120 volts.
