Hey, you're the man! I have no idea why my Google search didn't find this
one but I sure as heck am glad you found it. If no one comes forth with a
better alternative, I'll rent this one.
To your comment, " It is too new for me to have a manual...", the
calibration sticker may not have been clear enough to read but it was last
calibrated in 1990. Do you know if the Navy does not release manuals 20+
years old on the stuff they surplus out??

That is pretty darn cool - a freq. selective voltmeter with a PTO. It is too
new for me to have a manual unfortunately, but I'll keep a sharp lookout.
