[Milsurplus] Looking for a AN/USM 345 ME-398/U manual

I purchased this unit from Murphy's Surplus with the idea of parting it out.
However, nows that its in hand, its much nice to part out so I would like to
get it operational.  However, I've run into a brick wall attempting to
locate info on it. I have asked Robert Downs, WA5CAB, who has more military
gear manuals and knowledge about same than the Pentagon, Fair Radio, Mike
Murphy, and searched Google until my eyes are Glazed Googled Orbs
NOTHING!!!

Downs speculated that since this is a Navy contract unit, if anything
exists, it is tucked away in Naval hiding places.

I am hoping that one of you former Navy guys (or anybody) may have come
across this unit, made by Cosmos, with Cosmos PTO, and other interesting
goodies.
