These fuses are BUSS HVA 1/2, and are still available
new, but Mouser wants 14 bucks each for them.

Be wary of new old stock FU-12A fuses, they have a history
of opening up over time. I have half a dozen NOS, unused, and
open FU-12A fuses. (No, I didn't pay 14 bucks each for them).
