These fuses are used in the PE-73 and the BC-375E (one up behind the T-U, couple of spares in clips below on the TX frame)
Bussman fuse
2-15/16" long, 3/8" diameter.
What I need is the 1/2 A version.
Go here for photos of an FU-18A 1kV / 1A I'm using now (Thanks, Dennis!).

Thanks for checking!
If there's enough clearance, I may fabricate brackets to adapt a modern one into the rig.
Ran fine at the hamfest on the dyno; 45W out. Loaded nicely into a 20' whip on 75M and have the RF burns to prove it! Tuned the TX output to talk to 50 ohm co-ax, used an L network after that and a 4:1 unun(?) on the end of the co-ax at the base of the whip.
The BC-348R went dead somewhere between home and the hamfest - lit up nicely, but dead as a post. Borrowed a SWL radio and used it instead for monitoring.
