There was no reference to the ARB here, just the word "junk."  To wit:

By the way, I take personally anyone saying WW II radio equipment is junk.
The reason I didn't jump on that statement initially is I know my temper and
it was best to just walk away from it rather than respond.  Anyone who wants
to defend that "junk" statement had better just put me on ignore now and
save yourself the butt reaming from Hades.
