Oh, my freakin' God! Yet another in a long string of nonsequitors comparing
ham activities to illegal ones. You've already stated your hatred for hams
several times over but this is typical of how idiotic you can and do get
about the subject. (You're also losing it since you usually spell much
better than that.)

John, you, Mike M, Meir and a few others have such a myopic view of the
world it's surprising you're not considered legally blind. Further, not a
one of you has the intestinal fortitude to put up websites showing the prize
possessions you so love bragging about. This leads me to believe you
[plural] are all wind and nothing else. Look at Mike H, for example. He
doesn't have to brag. He *has* the equipment and is more than willing to
show how it's done. Dave posts photos of his efforts as they happen and
also doesn't mind sharing his knowledge about how it's done so also doesn't
have to brag. So do others. You [again, plural] do nothing but whine,
whimper, moan and generally carry on like it's the end of the world if
someone so much as restuffs a cap to get a piece running again that wasn't
running before but do nothing to contribute in a positive manner when it
comes to restoration on milsurplus or arc5. Nothing. Nada. Zip. You
[once more plural] remind me of a Shakespeare quote, "It is a tale told by
an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing." (Macbeth Act 5, scene
5)

Ham radio, which includes surplus conversions, is part of the real world.
Deal with it. Get over it. Or go create yet another splinter group that
disallows any such discussion so you can pat each other on the back about
how wonderful you are and how terrible everyone else is.

Best regards,

There are people out there that hunt Bald Eagals, Tigers, and White Rhinos
too.

That does not mean that they should be encouraged or theit activites lauded.
