Been that way forever, Dave. If you didn't live it or otherwise
identify with it, it doesn't mean as much, if anything. Today's
protestors are a perfect example. If they understood the price behind
their 'right' to protest, or had an appreciation of the cost of
developing the technologies they use to coordinate their activities,
perhaps they'd think differently. Perhaps. I had little appreciation
for what my mom went through feeding 4 kids and a husband as well as
keeping house and working a job until I was on my own and became a
homeowner. At least my wife appreciates my limited cooking abilities.

Fortunately in the world of radio, there's still room for everyone's
preferences and memories. Enjoying them without slamming someone's
different view is the key. Best we can do to insure their future is to
enjoy and share our love of the stuff with others.
