Joe -
new .1 uf will fit into the old cans! unsolder the cans ans stuff with 
smaller replacements.  I used a turkey pan saved from thanksgiving 
coking to catch all the oil and took it to the hazardous materials dump 
site.  In the end Looks good.
I had to drill  2 small holes in the side of a few of the cans to attach 
the new capacitor wires to the can to ground, since the old attachment 
location was to far away on the bottom lid.  You wil screw up the first 
can getting the extraction technique down.
