[Milsurplus] BC-314-D Capacitors

I'm fixing up a BC-314-D. What are the options for replacing the capacitors in the three containers on the rear of the RF deck. Each container contains three 0.1 caps. Some of these caps are leaky so I can't just leave them be.

Another option would be simply to remove each of the three containers and wire the caps in from the top but that wouldn't look very good.
