[Milsurplus] Lighted head magnifier - my eyes are going

I want ones that are trifocals, BUT reversed, w/the close in part at the top of the lens. Dunno how many times I've gotten a crick in my neck trying to peer up into something. I resort to single-focus cheapos w/ the highest level of magnification I can find at the local drug store. Keep 'em on a chain on my neck like a LOL.............
