OK - I finally got a chance to do some scanning

has a link to the complete AN/FRT-24 manual.
Also has the O-243 pages from the FRT-24 manual and the O-243 schematics
The manual says that O-243A is the same as O-243 with the addition of
an output power control pot (shown on the schematic in the screen
circuit of the Final Amp).
