[Milsurplus] SCR-299 People: Whatzit?

Mount for either the BC-312 or the BC-342 in SCR-299-D.  It attaches to the 
operating table.  SIG 5 says that the lamp (with shade) is part of it but 
doesn't specifically mention the FT-162 or pair of FT-178's.  The BG-75 is 
the cover for the BC-312 family.
