ditto on George's comment although I did some crimping.   All were done with 
the King and/or Amphenol connectors

Back in the days when I did such, I found the Kings connectors a much better 
choice.  Easier to install and more reliable.  You mentioned crimp.  Unless 
you intend to run production quantities, in the thousands, don't.   Poor 
reliabbility will eat your lunch, and if warranties are involved, well, 
Hmmmm.

I don't have one at hand, but I can look up the part number if you need it.
