[Milsurplus] What are these?

Certinaly looks like a Ammo Storage to me.  If you look at the area areound
Hawthorne, Nevada, USA(38 50 45N 38 31 21W) you can see the same idea.

I head down there for breakfast once a month.  I've always been interested 
in the storage areas with the couple hundred foot lightning rods around them 
and underground access points outside of the actual storage area.  If those 
go down at the same angle the access is above ground, whatever is in there 
is stored about 300' underground.
