Certinaly looks like a Ammo Storage to me.  If you look at the area areound 
Hawthorne, Nevada, USA(38 50 45N 38 31 21W) you can see the same idea.  Most 
of the bunkers are fed by rail with truck access as a second.  A fried of 
mine worked there in the late 90s and had to check the Earth ground on the 
lighting protection for each one ! ! ! what a job, found some interesting 
things that had been "lost" over the years...........................bad 
news was he had to turn them in for salvage :(  On the good side his crew 
found a pallet of unfused 8" projectiles that had been sitting for about 15 
years.  Damn near buried in dust ! ! !

What are they?
They are fed by  railroad so ammo dumps maybe?
I wonder what  other interesting things can be found.
