As the St Juilians massauare sale took place in April 1997 ( witth recivers alegedly being stored outdoors since early 1996) they must have been stockpiles in a warehousse some where. The Fowler contract recivers where a fluke of the bid specs for the ships had been written in 1968 and had speced the R-390a. Fowler bid on that prtion of the contract legend has and the Fowler cotract ended when it was seen the high cost per unit for an item in srplus on hand.
