[Milsurplus] 1980's Navy R-390A's

Well, if you go back and look in the old CQ and 73 Magazines, maybe QST too, you 
will occasionally see ads in the back for military electonics wanted with a long 
list of surplus gear, some of it quite old. Speculation was that these ads were 
for third-world countries revamping their military electonics. But maybe some of 
that was for the good ole USN.

Certainly not eBay. It didn't exist until the mid '90s.
