I've used it for years as a result of living on a urban lot, getting along
w/the neighbors, hihi!

Been funky past several years w/o not so much to bounce the signal off of.
I put up a short vertical (32') on my roof and tinker w/the radials so
it's propagation pattern has a fatter "donut" shape. I split the
difference between DX (max radials) and straight up (few radials) using
EZNEC and get better results than my low dipole. Pretty QRN'y this time of
the year, so the jury is still out.
