Yep, yep, it's seriously radioactive.  Terribly so.  Yep, yep.  Just like
radium dial watches and the sun and a lot of other things.  

Sorry, but, while it does have a degree of radioactivity, it's far from
harmful.  If one is concerned about radiation, then look at the "RF in the
shack" when operating equipment, especially out of the cabinet then think
about "RF Heating" - as in diathermy equipment and steel mills.  

On the other hand, there's a certain sailor we all know and love who was
working on an SPS-30 radar antenna - in front of the dish - when some [long
and descriptive expletive deleted] decided to ignore the Man Aloft tags and
light the equipment up with absolutely no authorization whatsoever.  I have
mentioned suffering brain damage, right?
