[Milsurplus] TCS CW

Michael, my original suggestion, which seemed to draw some fire, was that
the times
TCS's were used on CW could be counted on your fingers. ( Well, including
toes, too. )
This was partly a provocation. But let me say, I think actual use of CW with
this equipment
was seldom to rare, tending toward never. And I'd be very happy to see any
evidence to
the contrary.

The radios in that Bendix equipped jeep were MN-26, TA-6 weren't they?

I meant, the photo with the command sets mobile might be nice in the book.
As well
maybe, as a couple of graphics of use in small boats, as was mentioned here
also.
To illustrate the multiplicity of uses. Didn't one of us also have a photo
of ground
use at a front airfield?

The small boat you were thinking of: my TCH (no typo) was uninstalled from a
torpedo recovery boat ( called "whaleboat" I think ). I believe I was told
it was
replaced by TCS, altho that does seem to be overdoing it, when something
more
like just a couple channel lunchbox type thing would do the job.
