Oh, for a laptop with a humongous hard drive, a portable scanner and a time
machine ... 

I wonder how much still exists at Wright-Patterson AFB at the museum's
archives.  It would mostly be AAC/AAF documentation & equipment but that's
better than nothing.

In a previous message, I mentioned a road trip itinerary.  That and
Wright-Patt are but two planned stops along the way.  The minimum time I'd
like to spend on the mainland for this is three months with the maximum
dependent on a great number of factors on top of those mentioned for me to
be able to even get off the island.
