[Milsurplus] Bounced emails and unsubscrbing

The origin of this issue seems to be hijacked member email addresses, used
to spam QTH lists. These spams are reported and QTH is blacklisted by
organizations like SpamCop.

I've seen maybe 10 hijacked email addresses in the last couple of months
on my Groups with >6000 members.
