[Milsurplus] Bounced emails and unsubscrbing

It seems a number of people are getting excessive bounces when milsurplus
trys to send you messages and you are being automatically unsubscribed
lately.

If the system detects a certain number of bounces to your account it scores
these and when you reach a certain threshold it un-subscribes you
automatically from milsurplus.

You are sent several notices that you can either reply to the message or go
online with your password (it provides link and password) to edit your
membership and re-enable it. People are having trouble using the reply
feature, so I would suggest using the browser approach and logging onto the
milsurplus system.

I have heard that several internet service suppliers have put QTH.NET on a
banned list. So you won't even see this happening. You must work with your
provider to get QTH.NET removed from this list so you can continue to get
milsurplus messages. I know this isn't a great option, but I have no control
over these providers.

To alleviate some of the headaches, I have doubled the bounce threshold. I
hope this helps with some of the intermittent problems.

If you have problems, reply to my home email so I will see them quickly and
we can hopefully work through the problem.
