[Milsurplus] what is it? - Signal Corps 1700-2800 kc

 It's a bc-441, part of SCR-281 Signal Corps radio designed for land based
harbour comm's. Final is a pair of 807's.

I picked up one a few years ago, just haven't got the round-tuit yet. I think
it's related to the bc-669 and was a modified Halicrafters design.
