It is 260 Volts at  70 mA.

However, I think a command set dynamotor (250 at  60 mA) would work
just fine.

There is no Navy designation plate on it, the manufacturers plate on
mine says Black and Decker (Eicor design) ML2714-3.

They do show up on eBay once in awhile, look for a unit with a
phenolic 2 position screw terminal strip on the mounting saddle.
