Niel,

If it's Navy, I agree with Todd.  The "T" series only got up to "TEx".  TDQ 
covers 115-156 MC, AM & MCW, 45 W output (rated).  Bit of trivia, in 1968 
the only VHF AM aircraft band transmitter aboard USS Valley Forge (LPH-8) was 
a TDQ.  Met the legal requirement.  :-)
