Hi, Dave,
All good suggestions for which I thank you.
My only next of kin is my daughter who will most likely shuffle off before I
do. This complicates things a bit but not to the point that it can't be
fixed without resorting to large quantities of C4 and a bottle of Jameson's.
I'm rewriting both my will and my living will* to handle both possible
cases. This is proving to be fun ... in a rather disturbed way.
* One part of the living will for the case that she's still alive when it
comes into play is this, "When you believe you have fulfilled the
requirement for extraordinary or heroic effort, you haven't even started.
You shall NOT stop and you won't for one very good reason. I promised my
daughter I would never leave her and, by God, I'm not going to let you or
anyone else stand in the way of my keeping that promise. Your [okole] is on
the line. Deal with it." Obviously there are conditions under which this
simply doesn't apply but it pretty much states my feelings on the matter.
Any questions? :-)
