For your radio stuff: Ignore the people who turn their nose up
at "dealers;" they wrap themselves in the "Defender of the Hobby"
flag, but their attitude is based in simple envy.
Talk to the local ham club. Get recommendations.
Someone out there among the vultures is a decent person
who will help you. Make plans with him/her and leave
a folder with contact information in your papers.
Tell those you know who will survive you where to find it.

In every state, there are "Estate Sale" outfits who do this for a
living.
Many are reliable. A few are not. Get recommendations
(members my church provided me with a good one).
Make plans with them to come and "sweep the floor"
when you're gone. They will ask a reasonable 'cut' for their efforts.
As above- leave instructions and tell the right people
(including your estate sale folks) where to find them.
Let them do their job. Tell them who gets the check.
Peope who value your goodies will buy them.
Anything that's left after a well-organized estate sale
has no market value and will end in the dump in any case.
Do these things and you will not only get your stuff
to good homes, but you relieve those left behind
of a huge pain in the tooo-kuss.
