[Milsurplus] Nems-Clarke preamp

The preamp is very likely 216 to 260 MHz. That was a standard IRIG
telemetry band. The transmitters were hybrid with an output of 5-10 Watts.
Modulation was likely FM/FM.


It might also have been used w/ an R-1037.
