Subject: RE: [Milsurplus] Question about Aeronautical Radios
They look a lot like, may be, National RCQ, CAA Model, made by National
Radio, modified by National Electrical Machine Shops, Silver Springs, MD,
for the Dept of Commerce, they have a crystal control feature, and C.O.N.S,
squelch.
Think was a variant of the NC-100 family.
Got one in back room, S/N 81, made/modified under Contract CCA 26227,
2-5-48. Mine is 200-400Khz and 1.3-30Mhz. Any help?
Rod
