It might also be worth mentioning (given the common tendency of hams to 
shorten nomenclature) that Millen made two versions of the GDO, 90651 (with one 
tube) and 90651-A (with one tube and one transistor).  The base model does 
not have a sensitivity control.  In the -A model, the sensitivity control in 
in the transistor meter amp circuit.
