The homebuilt battery boxes owners have mentioned: more details on how they 
were built, please.
And maybe someone post a photo?
I have a VietNam bringback Type 63 radio without battery box. This is (was) 
about PRC-10 size
but tunes 1500 - 6000 kHz ( you read that right ) using submini tubes. Of 
course it lacks the batt
box. I probably will not keep the thing but I still want to maybe explore 
options for replicating the
