[Milsurplus] GRC-9 Power supply Question

I have been using this approach for close to 30 years, and wish I could
claim the statistics that Al has had. About 15 years ago I picked up close
to 50 NOS Mallory Vibrators in the box. I could not get a single one going,
even after I took several apart to help them along. The contacts were just
too far gone. I do not remember if I gave them away or just threw them away.
Still, a good procedure and does work a lot of times as Al has been able to
demonstrate. 73 - Mike

OK, OK, You've put me over the edged, so I've put the easy solution on
my website:

You probably don't have to open the can. I'm about 11 for 11 on saving
vibrators this way.
In Greg's case I beleive you're working with a shunt operated vibrator,
so just hook up to pins 1 and 7.
I'm about 11 for 11 on saving vibrators this way.
