[Milsurplus] Looking for info; Tensiometer

Dave,

I can't help with any specific information on the tensioner but one thing 
did catch my eye because I had noticed it yesterday while looking for 
something in the AN/GRR-5 TM.  "80063" is the manufacturer ID code.  However, this 
particular one probably won't help your search any as it translates to "Army 
Electronics Command Procurement and Production Directorate".  Presumably 
what had once Signal Corps Procurement Division (or perhaps Depot).  This from 
a TM 11 dated 20 June 1967.
