[Milsurplus] DM-28-Q Part Needed

It's definitely not paper;  stainless steel probably.

"Bearing shim" / "Outer race shim" -- OK,  now I have a name or two for the
critter.

I'm using AN 08-10-112  17 July 1943 revised 21 June 1948,  and it shows the
part,  but it's not in the parts list.
