I also  grabbed a  file copy of  it. and   will   put it out into the world

very very curious... reminds me of  some of the crap we would dummy  up  
for Public Relations  photographs in industry when I was a  photographer in  
my youth.
 
A side issue.... during times of hostilities  and  in   some commercial 
areas  were  you did not  want to release  the   relative freq you were on    
it was always  nice  to show a bogus antenna length.
