[Milsurplus] ROIF

[WA5CAB at cs.com]

The ROIF (and presumably others in the series) was updated approximately 
quarterly.  I have one base dated 11/23/44 with Changes dated 03/01/45 and 
06/01/45.  The one at the link Sean sent is the June 1945 revision.  I have 
another one that's the basic November 1944 issue but can't locate it right now.
