[Milsurplus] URM-30 test set for URC-4

It was also used for the later AN/URC-11 (243.0 MC) and AN/URC-14 (121.5 MC)
emergency radio sets that were made by the same outfit that made the AN/URC-4.

I also have the AN/URM-30, but I have never come across a manual.  For that
matter, manuals for the AN/URC-11 and -14 are very hard to find too.
