[Milsurplus] cathodic hull protection

To weigh in on this a bit also, when working for PacTel in the 60's i was introduced to cathodic protection.  We had a lot of lead cable in manholes and cable ducts throughout the north bay area.  Interesting project to do the readings, make the tests and then try to figure out where the activity was.  Certain stretches of cable seemed more prone to cathodic activity than others.  Working in wet sludgy manholes was not as interesting.
