Maybe related application, but when in USAF I've helped
install Crytograpic Rooms in large communications centers.
The equipment therein ran on AC which came from outside
the room, (the real world).
In order to prevent teletype and similiar signals from leaking
out of the shielded room by way of the AC power lines a one
to one well shielded transformer was placed in the feed line
at the point where it came into the shielded area. The
AC power was not grounded in the in the room. We tested
everything to meet DCA stardards. There's a good reason
why DOD does a few of the things it does.
Trivia: After 55 years I still have one of those transformers.
Don't even ask.
