[Milsurplus] URM-25F meter?

This is indeed microsurgery. The bobbin form has the wire wound on it then at
top and bottom the shafts are glued on, on top of the winding. Most likely I
would have to unglue one of these, fix the open, and reglue in the proper
alignment. Without a fixture this isn't likely to be successful. Also consider
that this is very very tiny and I would have to work under a microscope which I
don't have. Also, it looks like it will require some sort of clamp to hold
pieces to the magnet to even remove it from the case to work on, as soon as I
remove the two nuts holding everything both together and into the case.
I see myself having three realistic alternatives if I can't find a meter, in my
order of preference: 1, find another 100 uA 90 degree meter with a similar size
and attach the scale to it; 2, sell the unit to someone on the list for a decent
price who has an otherwise messed up unit or doesn't care about the meter, or 3,
scrap the thing for aluminum and parts.
