[Milsurplus] URM-25F meter?

  I picked up a decent condition URM-25F signal generator cheaply at a hamfest.

Unfortunately, even though it produces output, the meter turns out to be open.  
Upon removing from the panel I can see that it had already been opened up, 
actually unsealed by unsoldering the face glass, then carefully reassembled so 
it would look untouched from the outside (without resoldering).  Careful further 
disassembly and measurement shows the coil itself to be open rather than a 
connection.

This makes it essentially unrepairable.

Would anyone have such a meter laying around?  It is a 100 uA FS, 2.35" flange 
OD meter with a uV top scale and a % mod bottom scale.  This one is a Burlington 
Instrument model 321.
